Aging with Grace Yoga is designed for seniors and those looking to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle. The focus is on enjoying creating peace in mind and body, and embracing the changes that come with aging with dignity and grace.
Classes include a full range of stretches, strengthening poses and breathing exercises to explore and play with. We will practice balancing poses and a wide variety of poses on the yoga mat.
