Greetings 🌲 Have you been out for forest bathing lately?

There are happy healing benefits to be out of our buildings, under the sky with our feet on the earth instead of on concrete.

People who spend time in the forest experience decreased cortisol (stress hormone) levels, which can help relieve high blood pressure, heart conditions, skin conditions, and asthma.

By reducing stress levels your body’s natural immunity defense systems are able to work their magic. 🌍

Trees release oils into the air, called phytoncides, and inhaling these natural essences can actually help to boost your immune system.

Take little steps to greater health with a walk in the woods, at the Baylands or at the beach. 🐋

My longtime friend, Ilona and I take walks together about once a week.
